                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY TO PURCHASE THE
                   SIUSS COMPUTER DATA BASE SYSTEM FROM CIT,
                   INC., FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ELEVEN THOUSAND
                   FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($11,500.00), TO BE
                   FUNDED FROM THE REDUCTION OF PART ONE
                   OFFENSES SPECIAL FUND NO. 1012, ACCOUNT NO.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Safety be and is hereby authorized to purchase the SIUSS
       computer data base system from CIT, Inc., for Eleven Thousand 
Five
       Hundred Dollars ($11,500.00), to be funded from the Reduction of
       Part One Offenses Special Fund No. 1012, Account No. 511986.
